This mount is made of metal and is designed to bolt directly to a flat surface. Comes with a vibration dampening pad to reduce road vibrations to your system. Your dish will sit with a slight angle (approx 8 degrees) once mounted to the metal mount. This angle mimics the preferred angle Starlink recommends for peak performance.  (2) bolts tighten the dish in place, locking your dish to the mount deterring anyone from stealing your Starlink.
